I took 4000 frames of the crater Edymion through a Sky-Watcher Esprit 150 refractor using a 4X Powermat to push the focal length to an incrdible 4200mm (f/28). The Pixel scale with a ZWO 120 camera was an insane 0.18 arcseconds per pixel (monochrome btw). The data was good because the moon was straight overhead when I took this, so that helped too.

I only used 300 of the best frames in Registax. I also focused with @focus3, which does a really good job in poor seeing conditions. It also seems that at least for a bright target like the moon you don't have to have an SCT, but a large quality refractor can do exceptionally well.
